A Monument to Place and Craft

DAOU’s story is one of ambition and devotion to land and craft, culminating in the belief that Paso Robles could stand among the world’s great wine regions. Our label approach honors that vision by pairing old-world elegance with the quiet confidence of a modern estate.

We began with the mountain itself, the land that defines DAOU. Architectural forms draw from the arches that welcome guests at the estate and from the estates' Bordeaux heritage. From there, we focused on touch and dimension. Sculpted embossing, custom gold foils, and layered textures allow the light to move across the surface, echoing the elevation and depth found in the wines. The palette draws from the land as well: deep reds inspired by the soil, mineral whites, and warm tones that reflect the Paso horizon.

Typography stays measured and dignified. It is designed to feel timeless rather than styled, supporting a collection rooted in history and intention. The result reflects DAOU’s philosophy in the cellar: clarity, refinement, and a commitment to excellence without excess.

This same attitude was in the other projects…

Every detail was shaped to carry the emotional weight of the estate. This work is a tribute to family legacy, vision, and the belief that place and patience create something lasting. The labels do more than identify a bottle. They express a promise to the mountain and to the craft that rises from it.
